So I have decided that HGTV must be of the devil, ok, so not really, but i have watched those shows too many times, that now that we are seriously thinking about selling i keep thinking, what if we did a little bit more, what if we took $2000 and finished everything else we want to finish, you know like designed to sell, you've seen what they can do for $2000, why can't clive and lisa come to my house?! should we do the driveway, or replace some windows, what about putting in an air conditioner? what about paint, should I repaint, what about the deck, what if we enclosed it and made it a big walk in closet for our bedroom, what if we added a full second story, like extend out about the living room and kitchen, what if we extended out to the back yard, added another bedroom and bathroom, what if we got really crazy, and put the kitchen in the back of the house, AHHH! these are the thoughts that keep me awake at night, channel flipping but always returning to that cursed channel 45, grrr! and then i think well people out here still can't really afford the asking prices for homes out here, so if we list lower, we'll sell faster and be in cali faster, which is good, but then i can't get some of the houses i like out there, decisions, decisions, breathe!

Hey Jen - so when are you planning on making the big move to California? Does Sipa already have a job lined up? When do you think you'll put your house up for sale? You can tell we haven't talked in FOREVER!
Even though I don't have any of the same concerns, I am glad that it is hereditary about the mind wandering about a millions miles an hour about a million different subjects switching back and forth and to and fro about the same decision until you can't decide what you want anymore. High five... nice! (PS- That is my new sign-off phrase, like Seacrest out, but high five... nice-- it is from She's the Man)
